Quick Tips about the Transfer Process for Engineers
- All transcripts and school records must be official.
- Be certain that you submit complete course descriptions and/or syllabi for each college-level course you have taken or are in the process of taking. (See submission instructions)
- You may choose to select an alternate-choice engineering major when completing your application. If you are not admitted to your primary choice and have filled in an alternate-choice engineering major, your application will be reviewed for admission to that major.
- When you receive mid-term or final grades, send copies to our office as quickly as possible. This allows the admission committees to have your most current academic information at their fingertips.
- Take a look at the Engineering Undergraduate Handbook for information about coursework and answers to specific engineering questions.
- For specific information on the field of engineering offered at Cornell, visit the Areas of Study page.
